1Where is my data stored?
Data in Badge is hosted in AWS Cloud, which is HIPAA and FERPA-compliant.

2Can I upload my own photos?
Photos from your phone, webcam, or camera can be added to Badge. You will need first to upload a manual file or use a data connection to populate your database to import your photos.
3How many users can I create in Badge?
Five user accounts are available in any Badge setup. If you would like to add more, contact your project manager to add additional users for free.
4Can I use any ID card printer with Badge?
Yes you can. We recommend our CIX900 printer as it offers high-speed printing and can deliver graphics-quality cards.
5How many records can I upload into Badge?
You can upload as many records to the database as you want, there is no limit to records.
6How often do you have to update Badge?
Badge has automatic updates so whenever you're using it, you are always running the latest and greatest version.
