Our service agreements include technical phone support, printer loaner and printer repair services.

Printer Service Agreement

Ensure you never have to worry about a broken printer with a Printer Service Agreement.

On-Site Maintenance*
*You must be within 50 miles of CI Solutions' offices to qualify for on-site preventative maintenance.

Software Service Agreement

A one-year Service Agreement is included in the initial purchase price of the ID system and includes:

Unlimited calls to our (800) 599-7385 Technical Support Line

Internet remote access software support to resolve issues quickly

Technical consultation on questions related to the operation of your system

Software installation (only if the software has been corrupted)

Reinstallation due to hardware issues is billable at $175/hour

Service Agreement extensions are available after the first year. Service Agreement renewals will be sent out 60 days prior to expiration.
