Our managed services begin with an assisted implementation from our team and continued service thereafter that will give you the support needed to ensure your ID card program operates at a high level.

Our managed services model was developed after seeing many organizations were misled by other vendors who sold them on the concept of a printer manufacturer’s warranty. Printer manufacturers are focused on producing hardware, not supporting your organization, and clients were experiencing long service delays. By transitioning to CI Solutions' managed services model, your organization will be provided with the latest card printing hardware, software, and support for your card management needs.
3What will I receive with this service?
Any client with this service will receive an ID card printer, camera kit, ID card software and starting supplies (color ribbon and cleaning material).
4Are there any service benefits?
CI Solutions will hot-swap any hardware that is beyond in-house support to ensure there is little to no downtime.
